Returns Policy

  1. All sales are considered final and cannot be altered or cancelled.
  2. Deposits paid are considered non-refundable and the purchaser is responsible to pay the full balance upon order completion.
  3. Non-stock products and custom-designed products are non-returnable and non-refundable.
  4. Products discovered to contain material defects or defective workmanship can be returned to EME within 30 days of supply and will either be repaired or replaced at EME’s discretion within 5 working days.
  5. Customers are required to notify EME of defects by one of the below listed means within 7 days of discovering the defect:

  6. Should EME be unable to repair or replace the defective items to the customer’s satisfaction, the purchaser will be refunded in full.
  7. Management approval for exemption from this policy may be sought in special cases, but only prior to supply.
